Other areas of purchasing, including entertainment, grocery, luxury and holiday buys also grew by more than 5%. Furthermore, the use of mobile to review products before purchase has risen by 46%. In an article for Econsultancy, David Moth interviews Sarah Watson, the Group Mobile Manager at Net-A-Porter to uncover their plans to build on their already growing mobile success in the forthcoming year.
